Prefere 4040
Prefere 4040 is mainly used in the manufacturing of glued laminated timber structures and for finger jointing for load bearing constructions. It may be cured under ambient or heated conditions, as well as with radio frequency. Prefere 4040 gives absolutely weather resistant bonds. It is also well suited for gluing of LVL made of beech.
Prefere 407X
Prefere 407X fulfills the requirement for production of glued laminated timber and finger jointing according to JAS MAFF. The end product exhibit minimal emission. Prefere 407X is well suited for radio frequency heating conditions. Variants of Prefere 407X allow differences
in line speed and curing conditions.
Aerodux 185
Aerodux 185 provides cold setting,
water- and weather proof bonds, suited for the manufacture of structural components exposed for heavy weather. Resulting bond is resistant to acids, weak alkalis, solvents and boiling water. It is suitable for bonding a wide range of substrates, i.e., Accoya, densified woods, mineral fiber reinforced boards, bricks, concrete, and unglazed porcelain.
Prefere 4094
Prefere 4094 is used under conditions where a gap filling glue is needed, for example when the surfaces of the adherents are uneven or because the pressure available is insufficient to ensure thin glue lines. Prefere 4094 gives absolute weather resistant bonds, and examples of use includes nail gluing and two-step gluing of glued laminated timber and of various wood species.
